As many people heard, in March 2016, Holman prison experienced two riots back to back. Several people were transferred from Holman prison to Kirby prison, and then on to Donaldson on March 14, 2016. Five of these  men: Amir Davis, Antonio Spencer, Kevin Etheridge, Kendrick Gaskin, and Tyreke (last name unknown) left Kirby Correctional Facility with body charts that did not indicate any physical injuries. Upon their entry to Donaldson CF, all of that would change.
First, the five men, all handcuffed, shackled, and strapped with belly chains, were greeted at the back gate of Donaldson CF by over 10 officers:  Lt. Felon, Sgt. Mulchkie (spelling unknown), Officers Cunningham, Hart, Gunn, Reed, Gary, McLemore, Cook, T. Smith, and K. Moore. Then, one by one, the five men were lead into a small shack were they were sadistically beaten and sexually assaulted. The ringleader of the attack was Officer Gunn, a coward of an officer who has a known history of attacking people in handcuffs.
After these attacks, all five men were lead to the infirmary, where the medical staff conspired with officers to cover up the assault. The nurses refused to document injuries or wrote in their reports that they had "fallen off of the van.” When word of the attack reached several of the men's family members, the wardens and Commissioner Price got involved in the cover- up. 
When word surfaced that at least three of the men had been sexually assaulted, the PREA officer, Lt. Johnson (who is also known to have orchestrated hits on men at Donaldson CF) refused to allow the men to file PREA reports. Mr. Gaskin, whom Officer Gunn attempted to anally sodomize, was denied access to a phone, and had all of his mail rejected. 
Amir Davis and Kevin Etheridge were also sexually assaulted by being intentionally stomped in their testicles by Officer Gunn and told that they would never have children. Despite these men having broken ribs, blackened eyes, busted heads and other injuries, not a single officer was fired for assaulting these men who were all in handcuffs, shackles, and belly chains.
